Drum Magnet
Drum magnets separate magnetic components from granular mixtures. The ferrous particles are removed by carrying them along with a permanent magnet until until the magnet-free zone is reached. They then fall into the Discharge hopper for magnetic waste.
Drawer Magnet
Drawer magnets combines low installation height with a large cross section. The device allows for separation of ferrous particles from granular and floury mixtures. To remove the ferrous particles from the collection container, the drawer can be pulled out.
Magnetic Plate
Magnetic Plates are used to separate ferrous particles from a continuous material flow on a conveyor belt, slide, slideway, free fall, or any other similar method of conveyance. The magnetic plates are arrange transverse or longitudinal to the flow direction.
Magnetic Filter
Magnetic Filters are used to separate ferrous particles from a continuous material flow in a pipeline or any other similar method of conveyance. The magnetic filters are arrange transverse or longitudinal to the flow direction.
Magnets for Liquids
Wherever liquids neet to be cleaned of magnetic or ferrous particles, these magnets can be used. The liquid flows around the rod-shaped magnetic body, to which the ferrous particles adhere. To remove the ferrous particles and clean the rod-shaped magnetic body, it can be pulled out of the pipe.
Pipe Magnets
Pipe Mangets Pipe magnets are installed vertically. The material flow is slowed down and distributed neatly by the magnetic core and then fed to the ring-shaped collector channel. For cleaning the magnetic core and removing the ferrous particles, the magnetic core is attached to a door with which the magnetic core can be swung out of the pipe.
Cascade Magnets
Cascade magnets is used for purable grainy and mealy products. The continuous flow of material is slowed down by the cascaded drain and passed by the magnets to remove ferrous particles. For cleaning, the magnetic plates are swung out the opening of the discharge flap and the ferrous particles fall into the collection container.
Spreading Magnets
When lifting individual metal sheets from a stack, an adhesive effect can cause more than one sheet to be lifted. Spreading magnets are built by using two repelling poles which are installed into the upper metal sheets of a metal sheet stack. This minimizes the metal sheet adhesive effect. Spreading magnets are available in both permanent and electromagnetic versions.
